STR2

STR2 stands for Strength and Stretch squared. In this class students will work on strengthen and lengthening their muscles. They will work on strengthening specific ​muscles used for dance all in a safe and fun environment.

Classroom Attire: GIRLS/BOYS-Dance or workout attire with no shoes or tennis shoes.
